Exchange & Returns
Our policy is to offer exchanges within 7 days from the receipt/delivery of products purchased from us and are subject to the following conditions:
- Your name and order number must be presented sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt/delivery, and;
- The products must be in sellable condition with its original packaging, and;
- The products does/do not fall under non-exchangeable category (refer to list below), and
- You are exchanging for something of the same or higher value*.

Exchange Terms & Conditions
- *Exchanges for items of a lower value are possible but we will not be able to refund the balance
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to us
Non-exchangeable items include:
- Nail Polishes
We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased from us, if the following conditions are met:
- The item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
- Your name, order number and photos of the defect(s) must be presented and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt/delivery
Return Terms & Conditions
- The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via the same credit card used to make the payment.
